Service Writer

• Major Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Interact with guests both in-store and on the phone
  • Determining our guests service needs
  • Follow established service procedures
  • In taking guest motorcycles
  • Be able to effectively manage open repair orders
  • Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle guest complaints and concerns

• Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Computer literate and well organized
  • Powersports dealership experience is a plus
  • Weekend availability
