"Hello everyone on laser street, bet you taught I had forgotten.. Well folks here is my story of our experience at Honda Power sports at 1 laser rd , in Ottawa. First let me start with a bit of my history , so you know where I stand... When I was 5 years old my Mechanic Dad gave me a cleaned carburetor on a piece of newsprint and a screwdriver to play with, I grew up knowing and fixing cars bikes trailers and anything which had wheels or tracks, I spent my summers riding horses and ponies, while de-branching trees we cut down to make 4 foot logs to dump into the Gatineau River, during the 70's. I was 11 when I ran my first Johsered chainsaw, there now I dated myself as well. I was 11 when I rode my first Motorcycle, Skidoo as the driver on a regular basis. It is my habit to distrust car dealers, or dealers of anything which has a motor. My sweet lady decided she would ride the motorcycle with me, after 20 years and the smaller bikes I used all my life were...well to small, we needed a touring model, so a shopping we went. Every dealer we went to was the same story, they knew what we needed and would sell us just that, well the expected was occurring all the time, we shopped for 4 months, the entire summer of 2011, then we stopped into Power sports, and their approach was weird, and unexpected.. I don't know if it was cause it was starting to rain or cause it was within an hour of closing time, but we were talked tooo NOT AT? we were treated like lookers not.... I will sell you something buyers.. truly it was weird? We ended up buying a used Yamaha Venture Midnight edition 2005, and it was a good experience unexpectedly, it took a few days longer than expected to get the bike as they needed to replace the front brakes...that surprised me, as they did not try to say some BS and try to make us pay for the brakes? But then the real shocker happened, 4 days after riding the bike off the lot, I noticed that the rear air shock had completely failed and was leaking oil and such, well thinking I was in for a wicked battle, I went back to Powersports, and showed it to them. They looked at it and said it was dead, and needed to be replace, and I said replace it... In the back of my head I was thinking... They will try to make me pay for this, I have a big battle coming over this? The shock was $700.00 + Labour + Taxes +++ well over $1000.00 It took a week for them to get the shock in, exactly the amount of time they said it would take ! They took 3 hrs or so to replace the shock and when they brought the bill out for me to sign, I almost fell right the hell down, it had $0.00 due... The manager had told me they would try to get it warranted, but I never expected them to be decent about this... They never even hinted at trying to stick this up our ...hummmm or down our throat.... With this note I am doing something I would have bet my house I would have never done, I am saying that powersports is different, You want a bike or snow, or 4 wheller, well get the customer service, the right customer service, cause from every single person at the Service desk I met, or the Parts counter or the Repair shop, or the sales floor, all the FRAKING way through, I was made to feel like a customer they wanted to help, and most of that was after they had my check.. Go figure, I can still be surprised. To each and everyone at powersports from Ron and Sue...Thank You, and you will see us again many times... You guys and gals did great, with a style I did not ever believe I would ever experience.. Still shocked Ron W."

"I showed up during my North American trip from Surrey to Cape Breton and back. I needed to replace my worn rear tire, and they had me back on the road in a couple of hours. they had the right tire for my CBR 954, which I did not seem to have the same results talking to quite a few Ontario dealers.
