"I puchased a Vstar 650 in the spring of 2014. Dominic was my sales man. Staff were excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable but not pushy. My wife dealt with the parts department to have a windscreen installed prior to pick up. Everything was perfect. When I picked up the bike I noticed a scratch on the wind screen. No issue.. it was replaced at no charge. I have had two service intervals at Ottawa Powersports. Both times I have received top notch service and staff are always helpful. I just completed my 7000 km service and dropped the bike off at 8am. I expected to leave the bike and pick it up the next day. Instead the crew at Powersports serviced the bike that day and saved me a trip down from Pembroke. That is thanks to Olivia and Andre in service. Purchasing a bike is exciting, but it is the after sales service that keeps me coming back to Ottawa Powersports. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a bike. "Karen and I enjoyed our first long tour together this past July. Twenty days from Hamilton to the Cabot Trail and back through Ottawa enroute to Manitoulin Island, The Chi-Cheemaun Ferry, and home. The 2005 ST 1300, my first bike, performed flawlessly! Except I should have added a couple of pounds of pressure to the rear tire to accommodate riding two up and having heavier than usual baggage. Consequently, just outside Rutland, Vermont, we noticed part of the shoulder of the rear tire had worn to the sub-tread belt. Saturday afternoon; nowhere to go! We limped 5 hours through the pouring rain to Ottawa the next day, taking it easy on the turns and praying out loud. The manager at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, an avid biker himself, said he knew a place that would take care of us. He called Powersports Canada that day and was assured they could replace the tire. When I spoke with Olivia in the service department the next morning, I was advised simply to park the ST in front of the hotel, not to worry about a thing, and enjoy my day in our capital city; they would take care of the rest. When I returned after supper with good friends later that day, the bike was parked where I had left it with a new tire. I was overwhelmed at the promptness with which our emergency was handled and the courteous, friendly rapport with Olivia on the phone. My only regret was not actually meeting any of this amazing Powersports team. But I did promise that, should I ever trade up to a Goldwing, Powersports Canada would get my business even if it meant a six hour drive from Dundas. And that’s just what happened this past weekend. After fruitful and fair negotiations with Greg about a trade in value on the ST, a conversation with Dominik about financing that was sensitive to my situation, Karen and I headed up to Ottawa with great excitement. We were greeted as though the Powersports team had been expecting us: friendly smiles, cheerful chatter, hot coffee, warm handshakes! We felt as though we were their only customers. Trevor at the parts desk (lived for a while in my hometown; it’s a small world after all!), was equally helpful in ordering the intercom system which would be shipped to Dundas at no extra charge. Liam was patient in acquainting me with the bike itself and, as the day was chilly, had the grips and seats, especially Karen’s, already warmed up. We may live 500 km away from this dealership, but they will always get my business whether it’s ordering accessories or driving to Ottawa to have them service the Wing. I grew up in a small family business where personal service was paramount. Sometimes my cynicism suggests it’s a thing of the past. Well, not so at Powersports Canada. Thank you! Not only are Karen and I enjoying a great motorcycle in the Goldwing, we enjoyed a great experience dealing with all of you! Keep up the fine work! You’re a credit to Honda and to Ottawa! Seeya in the spring for my first oil change!"

"More kudos for Powersports. We were headed to 1000 Islands for a ride on the Wing and notice a bold that held the fender on was missing. Unfortunately the parts dept didn't have a bolt to buy. The service dept was closed but after checking one of the guys found a bolt came out with his impact wrench and put it on for us. How much you ask. Nothing. Nada. Thanks so much guys"

"We had recently upgraded from a Suzuki Boulevard C50 to a Honda Gold Wing. Problem was I was taking my M2 Exit course after the purchase of the Wing. Too good a deal to pass up. That being said I didn't want to show up on a wing, even though I have driven quite a bit. Without hesitation the folks from Powersports offered me a 2008 Honda Shadow for the weekend. That was awesome!!! That is customer service to the nth degree. Thanks again to everyone involved from the original purchase/trade in, to loaning me a bike."

"Quick not of appreciation for service I received recently. My Yamaha 125 was brought in for work on the carb/gas tank on a Monday. When I phoned about the status of work on Friday I was told no parts had arrived and I would have to wait. I was not happy, and expressed it strongly. The service rep who was helping me (Olivia) kept her cool, was clear and helpful. She said she would try to do something, and did. My bike was ready that day at about 5:45. She, the mechanic(s) and the gentleman at the service desk who explained the work put some extra efforts in. It was really refreshing. Thanks! "
